Very poor phone service. Was speaking to someone then left on hold for ten minutes, the person to pick up the second time just could not seem to understand my questions or really anything i was saying, felt like i was trying to ask a toddler a question..
They were very helpful and caring from the moment I arrived …. From the receptionist to the nurse to the NP that treated me. The nurse helped me walk to the room because I was so weak. I felt much better by the next day. Thank you all so much for helping me the way that y’all all did as a team.
My daughter is a complicated patient. We're always nervous seeing a new doctor. Most are either too afraid to treat her or they don't understand her conditions and aren't willing to learn. Trina took the time to listen to our concerns. She addressed them all and treated her immediately. The staff were all so knowledgeable and friendly. The nurse went above and beyond. I am so grateful. I'm awful with names, but I will get it when we go back. Anyway, Thanks to you all!
