Llamé por teléfono para cambiar mi cita para un horario mas temprano y fui atendido muy profesionalmente, y con un trato muy cercano. Me cambiaron la cita muy rápido. La atención cuando llegué fue excelente, tienen un equipo de trabajo con mucho valor.

I left a detailed Google review under my name ‘Asia’ in 09/2023 describing improper collection from the hair ends. Although Google no longer shows it, I have a screenshot/recall of the content: I had a very unprofessional experience here. I went in for a hair follicle drug test, and instead of collecting the sample from the root — like they’re supposed to — the woman took it from the ends of my hair. I have been a patient here for quite a few years now. Dr. Barata is really fantastic, along with his practice manager / Nurse Aileen. They have been with me through a lot of health issues over the years. They actually listen and truly care about their patients. Thank you for all you do!
