Nurse Crystal Landrum has been my daughters’ nurse practitioner for almost 14 years. She saw my youngest through a dangerous form of RSV when my youngest was a baby, keeping her out of the hospital and helping her recover. Ever since then, we have always stayed with her. Not thorough at all. Didn’t feel on my baby’s stomach at year check up. I took her to er and she was diagnosed with wilms 2 weeks later. Also have been trying to have medical records sent over to a new doctor for weeks and they are too incompetent to do that.
