I titled this review "Drive Through Dentist" because that is how it makes me feel. I have been coming here for a year and a half (three visits) and I have seen three different dentist, one of which I found out was fired later and did not provide me with a proper checkup. They seem to rush their services to get as many patients per day. Today's appointment I think the dentist spent 1 1/2 minutes with me, just to tell me to come in every four months for now on. Seems odd that my teeth are in need of three appointments per year... read more

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad busine... read more
