Great doctors and great service makes for a first class experience
This office is extremely unprofessional. They canceled my appointment on the last day of the year so I am unable to use my vision insurance. When I called to talk to someone there about my options the person I spoke to laughed and thought it was hilarious and offered no help. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Dr. Paul and her staff are always on time, courteous and thorough. They put you at ease and make sure your needs are addressed. Highly recommend Dr. Paul :)
My entire household had eye appointments there. As a nurse, I won't lie... I'm picky and appreciate thoroughness. I couldn't have ask for more. The doctor was just as amazing with me as she was with my young daughter and very thorough. We are newer to the Jenks area and was worried that we might not be able to find great care close to home, but definitely not the case. I can't imagine us ever going to anyone else. Staff was friendly, office is very nice and clean and most of all the doctor is terrific!
Great eye clinic. First visit was long but very thorough. Dr was very professional and nice. Glasses we're done in less than 2 days and excellent service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
We absolutely LOVE Dr Paul, but have had repeated problems with getting glasses and contacts - waited a month for a "rush" order of contacts for my son, and now we have been waiting 2 months for his glasses. And we have had to initiate all of the phone calls to check on both. We will definitely continue to see Dr Paul for our eye care, she is very thorough and personable, but we will not be ordering glasses or contacts from the office again.
We love Dr. Paul! She is so great with our 2 littles also! Lucky to have found her gem of a clinic in Jenks and looking forward to the NEW clinic opening soon!
Best staff ever. They make my kids feel so comfortable everytime they are there!
