After entering you wait a long time past your scheduled time. Then they call you and submit you to a machine. Then you are sent to the second waiting room and endure at least another hour wait. Finally you are called to wait a long time in the third waiting room. After a while ,you see the doctor for about five minutes. That happens every time you go there. Plan on spending two to three hours in the building at every appointment!
PLEASE, DON'T GO TO RIVERSIDE EYE CENTER FOR YOUR EYES. I took my mother in law for a yearly appointment there. The technician did refraction mentioned, in other to drive my mother in law would needed 20/40 vision, the doctor will talk to her because there is other things going on with her eyes. Waited an hour for the doctor to say everything is fine see you next year. When asked about the findings a RUDE technician came and said they had another patient waiting. Everyone was courteous and professional. I was given the opportunity throughout the exam to express any concerns I had regarding the health of my eyes. I left feeling I had a thorough exam.
