I was in town on vacation and had an issue with my contact. I tried Walmart and a couple of other bigger name places to try to get a replacement lens but the brand didn’t match my RX from my doc at home. Then I called Riverside and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Called me back several times as we verified prescriptions, doctor recommendations, etc. And then the icing on the cake was that they stayed late so we could pick up the lens when they were ready to head home for the day, and on a holiday week! Dr Bailey he work on my eyes for cataracts he done a good he he done a damn good job and done it well
