Professional, courteous and kind people.
I was in the eye institute at the Riverside yesterday and couldn’t have had a better experience. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me as soon as I arrived telling me she’d be with me shortly. 5 minutes later nurse Shelly called me, introduced herself and brought me into first exam room. She was so friendly and extremely professional asked me all her questions re my condition, explained what procedures would take place put the drops in my eyes and escorted me to a chair where I awaited the Dr. Not long after a student... read more
Called the reception staff in early December and left multiple messages for them to call me back with my phone number, and in the last 2 voicemails I mentioned how disappointed I was by their not bothering to call me back. Still haven't heard back almost a month later. When I go back in February I am FOR SURE going to bring this up to them OR make an appointment earlier to see the doctor because this is ridiculous.
Wonderful caring people everywhere here, very thorough and they take the time to answer questions. I felt very well taken care of and that my eyes were in good caring hands.
