I was hesitant about leaving a review but I felt it was important for others to beware of “Erica” the lady that answers the phones for schedules appointments for Dr. Brunson. I called his office today (4/13/26) to schedule a consultation for a root canal, I was greeted by “Erica” who was down right rude. Mind you I was anxious because hearing you need a root canal and that it could be months before you can be seen is a bit nerve wracking. Dr. Bronson is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and truly sympathetic. He took the time to listen and made my daughter feel heard and understood. His staff is just as amazing—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. This is not a typical practice; everyone here feels more human than what you usually experience in healthcare. I’m very grateful for the care they provided to my daughter.
Dr. Brunson is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm, thoughtful, and truly caring. It’s not easy to find a doctor who takes the time to listen attentively and genuinely makes you feel at ease. Dr. Brunson's calm demeanor made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. The entire office staff was wonderful. They were friendly and professional, and created a welcoming environment. I'd highly recommend Dr. Brunson and his team!

I was kind of nervous because I never had a root canal done. Dr. Brunson and his team Were super professional. Extremely thorough about the whole process And I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommend 10 out of 10
