During my last visit with Dr. Mabalot, I felt the consultation was quite brief Plus, I’ve been having difficulty obtaining my med refills, it’s been 2 weeks without any response, meanwhile here I am experiencing withdrawal symptoms! I have canceled my upcoming appointment and requested a referral to Sentara Endocrinology Specialists.
I’m new to the practice but so far so good. The staff who answer the phones could benefit from additional training in active listening, not all but some. Aside from the front desk staff Dr. Gibson has been thorough and attentive.
