This place only caters to the ones they want to help, there is a 19 yr old girl whom they are getting into Respite another one there for 6 months and my roommate going on 3 months and I,2 weeks and wanted to send me to shelter in Boston. Been to shelter s and had everything stolen. I'm 62 yr old, not in Good healthincan'twalk for long time. I gave them 1,600 . For food. This place sucks and is going to get its windows smashed in soon.
Riverside goes above and beyond . Training is needed for dual diagnosis. Understaffed and miscommunication with helping those of substance abuse and working together as one. I would highly recommend . This place just needs a touch of love and funding. Very good lucky to have such a place in the Community
The staff here really care about your needs they welcome you with open arms they do not judge, ridicule or degrade they help on what you need help with . I appreciate everything they did for me thank you all!!! Love and respect
