Not surprised they closed. Horrible service. The owner could not stop talking about his ex wife problems, blaming his lack of business acumen on her menopause while talking to me, a 51 yr old perimenopausal women. Zero concept of professionalism. We got hosed into buying a used bike from them and it has needed constant repair. They kept if for about 2 months at one time repairing it and then made it seem like they did us a favour. And tried to scold us into thinking it was somehow our fault. Like it was being ridden wrong. Do Not Buy from this Shop. I bought an ebike in a box from them in the spring on sale for $500 cash. I used it 2 times then the battery died, after that it would not charge or turn on. I brought it back to the shop within days of purchase and they kept the ebike for months for repair until the season closing day and called me to pick it up. I got the ebike back still broken and unusable. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions and the extra effort put forth, and the help to accommodate me in having my bike tuned up. Extra thank you to Blair for his hard work and being available to walk me through the issues and what needed to be fixed. I really appreciate you guys.
