The hygienist cut my lip with the device used to polish teeth. She was rough and I am not accustomed to that. The doctor who I have never met before didn’t even introduce himself or show his face to me. I’m actively seeking a new dentist after over 25 years with former Dr Ruff. The new people have not continued her high standards, friendliness or concern for superior care and comfort of the patient.
