It's a really bad place, that's why they have so many empty lots!!! They have ridiculous fees and horrible management......like 15.00 dollars for each additional car you have parked in your space that people already pay 600.00 + dollars. You could only have 2 cars. I can't wait to move out!!!! No grills on the porch, you can't close down your porch ect,ect this place is horrible!!! I don't recommend anyone to rent here!! ☺
