What can I say about these guys, Tom and his crew give outstanding customer service. I happen to find them online looking for a very difficult part to find for my bicycle. I called them to verify that they had the part I needed. They said they would call me back and they did quickly letting me know they had that part, I told them that I was going to be going to Whistler bike Park on a trip and that I needed this part, I live in California and they had the part with in my hands two days later. Store staff is always helpful and engaging without being overbearing. Shop staff is top notch, again providing guidance without overselling. Feel like they are a little bit pricey but worth it.
Amazing service and high quality bikes! We rented bikes and biked all along Plum Island. Folks at the shop were really kind and helpful!
Use them for sales and service. Never disappointed. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Very fair pricing. I get all our bikes serviced and they always take care to make sure the work is done right.
Had an excellent experience at Riverside cycle. I dealt with Big Chris and Tom as well. Chris was very knowledgeable and very personable. I was doing a trade in and they swapped tires for me and while I waited both Chris and Tom got everything sorted for me. Was a very seamless process and I got in and out in a timely fashion although I could have spent hours in there drooling over all the bikes they have . Thank you guys for a great buying experience and hope to do business with you again in the future!
