This is such a nice location in Newburyport, and the guy who helped me was very friendly. I brought my bike in and they fixed it so fast, thank you!
Great local bike shop
Tom and team helped me build a custom Open Cycle bike from the ground up. We stripped some components from my old bike, and he helped me pick what components I should upgrade. He answered so many questions since this was my first ever custom build. I absolutely love my bike and I highly recommend Riverside.

These guys are the best. I brought my 2016 specialized in with a mystery creak that I could not isolate. They knew all about the build of my (9 year old) bike and knew exactly what to go after for trouble spots. Solved my problem within 5 minutes of being there. Absolute pros. Highly recommended.
