Rented a bike, very friendly helpful, staff, Judy who works part time was really great, suggesting some wonderful routes & even details of a a festival going on the weekend I was there. Can highly recommend, many thanks for the good service
Great experience. I originally went in to have them check my wife’s e-bike that was skipping but also had a future appointment with Phil Wong for a fit to determine which road bike could work for me. I explained to Chris that I wasn’t sure what I wanted and needed their help. They quickly fixed my wife’s bike with an adjustment and only charged me $15. when my front derailleur was not functioning correctly they replaced my front gear wheel crank assembly which was the cost of the bicycle at $350 instead and I didn't know better. This was at the end of the season and I ended up having to bring the bicycle to another shop to get it actually fixed. Had the front derailleur replaced, but the problem was actually just one too many links on the chain. The bill that actually got it fixed was $55

Great shop! Staff was supremely helpful when I needed to rent a helmet for the day.
