Use them for sales and service. Never disappointed. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Very fair pricing. I get all our bikes serviced and they always take care to make sure the work is done right.
Had an excellent experience at Riverside cycle. I dealt with Big Chris and Tom as well. Chris was very knowledgeable and very personable. I was doing a trade in and they swapped tires for me and while I waited both Chris and Tom got everything sorted for me. Was a very seamless process and I got in and out in a timely fashion although I could have spent hours in there drooling over all the bikes they have . Thank you guys for a great buying experience and hope to do business with you again in the future!
Tom shipped some parts out to me and there was a hiccup with UPS on the delivery but Tom made the process so seamless and worry-free. Although I havent had an opportunity to make an in-person shop visit, I have no doubts that Tom and his staff are top-notch and able to assist with all the needs of an avid cyclist. Thank you!
Did a great job on our bike tune-up.
My best friend forgot his helmet so, we stopped in to grab one. The staff there were refreshingly friendly! I’ve been a mt biker for over 25yrs and several shops now have zero personality or act as though they know better. Loved it here so much that I also bought a helmet and some LMNT drink powder that I love. Support local business, ya know? Everything was surprisingly reasonably priced. I highly recommend and will stop there again when I’m the area.
