Did a great job on our bike tune-up. Update 2026: my wife had her bike serviced and they put on new tires and they were rubbing against the calipers and she wasn't aware of it. I noticed this several months after the service. I brought it back and showed them the issue and they replaced the tires no charge. Could have gone either way as they could have said we were too late. I'm glad they made the decision to make things right and we'll continue to return for all our bite needs because of this type of service.
Knowledgeable staff in sales and service. They've always been available when I need something fixed. Somehow always seem to have really nice used bikes up in the racks too, if that's your budget.
I stopped by today because my bike seat was swiveling. Not only did they fix me up in 10 minutes, the guy did it with a smile and sense of humor. Lucky to have them down the street!
