This was by no means close to our house but we felt like having ice cream on the way home from our trip to the Hawk's Nest. Delish ice cream and a friendly staff. We mentioned after that we'll have to go back when we are in the area again. Possibly in the fall. :)
Stopped by while driving the scenic bypass. Employees were friendly and attentive. Helping me even when I became the "I don't know what I want " person. Love the old fashioned feel. Wish I had known we could sit outside before we ordered. I would definitely go back next time we drive through.
