If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please go anywhere but here. This facility is shockingly inhumane. It is overcrowded, chaotic, and unclean. For a place that is supposed to provide emergency psychiatric care, the environment feels unsafe and deeply neglectful. Staff appeared overwhelmed and disengaged. Thank you for your hard work! Doctors and nurses tirelessly working to help the mentally ill, thank you! God bless you. I will make... several recommendations however: It is possible to maybe keep the temperature a nice and easy comforting temperature, as with all mental hospitals? Are there more blankets, or limitations on blankets? Are there other criterias the patients are unaware of regarding the holds? Hmm... That's all I can think of for now... My daughter was there twice and she was treated very good
I went there when I was 11 years old and they treated me as if I was not human and were very disrespectful to the kids
