If you love your family , or yourself , don't come here willingly You're never gonna know when or IF you're going home The doctors here are awful , they'll tell you „ oh I'll let you know later when we have you for discharge ” ..they won't They won't tell your family anything , everything will always be an „ sorry I can't tell you anything about that ” or „ I don't know” It seems like this hospital was desperate and just hired anyone who could answer the question „ what is a mental health crisis ” Lmao

My wife was transferred here and going through some serious medical isssues. Their lack of urgency was extremely disappointing. No one answers the phones there and when you finally speak to someone, they love to say “I don’t know”. This was a tragic time in our life and they made it so much worse. Their patient advocate, manual, did not return one of my phone calls after I had left two mails with in 3 days. They put violent patients in with my wife, making her more stressed and denied her highlighters to color. No access to ... read more

Very rude medical records supervisor who says there’s NO body above her. She never mailed my medical records CD she did not want to email me my medical records excuse file is too big I asked her to email 6 months and break it down she rudely refused will not let me talk to anyone else stating she is the boss I called today complaining about not receiving the cD she said she mailed it I told her I have not received it and my mail confirmed it as well.
