My mother’s first appointment yesterday. Dr accused her of taking drugs. My mother never drank nor drugs. Dr and nurses were sarcastic and belittling. We will be inquiring about this ASAP. Please don’t let your family be humiliated.
My experience was below average. The staff complains a lot in front of clients about their pay, and how they are overworked. My particular counselor was apathetic, and she seemed to be going thru the motions. She also made rude comments all the time. One particular day she made a statement that got under a lot of people's skin. She told a female client that people who are court ordered didn't care about their recovery. This is a county agency with great and caring staff. They have been literally the wind beneath my wings and I have overcome many struggles with their help, I can not say enough good things about this place as they really go above and beyond!!...So thankful to them for all they've done for me!
BUILDING # 3 I'd give them 5 stars but the lady's that are in charge of enrolling people for the DUI program are extremely rude. Especially ANGELICA, (sits on the far left) as soon as clients walk out I hear her talking bad about them. I've watched her give people disgusting looks, and makes them feel dumb. She loves the toxicity from what I heard her say. (Smh) She is the face of this company and honestly makes people feel less than.
