After a LONG week my sweetheart and I decided to eat crawfish and catch up with each other. We chose to sit inside because it was in the upper 90's and the band was setting up. We love that they have local singers, but it is SO loud out there you can't hear yourself think much less enjoy a meal. The crawfish have an OVERWHELMING amount of salt. Like holy.... theres no need to put more seasoning on the crawfish once out the boil. Just dayum.
