Best hospital experience in a while!
Very minimalistic modern construction and highly functional. Front reception is friendly and helpful. Great impression when you walk in. The service from doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals are excellent. You would feel you are in a good hand
I had an outpatient surgery scheduled. The staff was friendly & attentive.
My mom was sent to G tower on the 5th floor. She was on hospice due to her dementia progression. She needed a 24 hr care person in with her to make sure she wouldn't pull out her IV or hurt herself. The nurses were attentive to my mom at 1st and then pulled her 24hr nurse and we were told that one her family members would need to stay with her for 24 hrs so she could be sent to a skilled nursing home. My father has been waiting from the time of 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning in a waiting room for a inpatient room it is now 12:00 a.m. Thursday night and he still has not been accommodated to a reasonable room. I was waiting in place of my sister for the time being until my father could get a routine procedure completed while my sister gets ready at home for the transportation for our mother home from a severe stroke since July of 2023.
