Had me solving blood work issues for the last 2 weeks, only to be told I had to go again in person and pay for the labs again because they didn't send the blood because they had a different name. NOTE: They ASK for preffered names. Maybe don't if you're system isn't prepared for someone to actually give a preffered name??
