TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION! I cannot believe the deception! I called Riverside Medical Clinic to make an appointment with the Hematology Center shown on their website (see screenshot). I spoke with Martha and told her that I was looking for their Hematology Center. It is unbelievable that the department that handles the referrals can be so hard to deal with. We have been getting a referral to a rehab facility that does not handle stroke patients and I have not gone there since December of 2025. They informed us that they only deal with spine injuries, not strokes. We've been asking and asking for them to quit proving and sending the facility the okay for more therapy. I have been a patient with Riverside Medical Clinic for several years, and one of my biggest frustrations is the lack of direct communication with physicians. Most communication seems to occur through MyChart messages, letters, or staff messages rather than actual conversations with the provider. Recently I received abnormal imaging results that recommended a breast biopsy. This riverside medical clinic is getting worst in worst by the minute bad service with new hired doctors long waiting time to make appointments I spoke with supervisor in is even worst I don't recommend this clinic start coming here since 1996 back then was excellent now is horrible service plus they keep open more in more new clinics to make matters worst is shame how greed this new corporation turns to be worst they don't care about you only the money shame shame !!!!
