I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The specialist I saw was courteous and listened to me. The times I've called the call center with questions the staff has been nice. I will say be ready to wait on hold when calling. The facility is clean and well maintained.
Hello,,, had a referral for ENT saw NP Emily Fernandez-Bell & she was freaking amazing. I had never been to this location i pulled up & was very happy with the building nice bright clean & perfect temperature. Went to the information desk & the lady helped me find my destination. Got called in, in no more than 10 minutes. Nurse took my vitals & was really nice. Waited in the room for NP Emily Fernandez-Bell for maybe 5 minutes. My wife and I have had several ultrasound appointments at this facility throughout her pregnancy, and unfortunately our experience today was the most disappointing yet. At a previous appointment, I wasn’t allowed back during the transvaginal portion of the exam, which I completely understood. However, once the abdominal ultrasound began, the staff allowed me into the room so I could see our babies, and they even provided us with printed ultrasound photos.
