Bought a 2019 truck new at 70,000 miles transmission went out had to put carshield warranty on it at 60,000,eight months and $8,000 lateral 3,000 out of pocket got it fixed. Ordered it from Riverside chevrolet.
Stopped by today to check out a particular vehicle and model I saw online, after the 44 minute drive over we located it on the lot. We are greeted by a gentleman that never introduced himself, nor asked for my name or my wife’s. He was relatively nice, but not real interested in helping us out. Good things we have a couple other options to choose from.
I recently purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Z71/RST from Wetumpka Riverside Chevrolet and I was unable to update/access the "APPS" on my infotainment system. See "Unable to Access APPs" in TSB N212332820 or Service Bulletin 20-NA-233. Brought the truck in at 7:15 AM (to be early, 1st in line) the Service department opens at 7:30 AM (the myChervolet web site couldn't setup a time for some reason), so I came by with fingers crossed they could help fix, at a minimum setup a follow up time to review/repair.
