Tried to call today about a key fob. Rang about 30 times, no response. Called an hour later. Message says to enter extension number but no menu to get extensions numbers. Default is to leave a message in the general mailbox. Mailbox is full. Oreillys answered when I called them.

I had 5000.00 worth of front end work done. they did not replace all the hold down pins on the fender well on the passenger side, on the way home the fender well dropped down on to the tire while I was doing 65 it caused the tire to eat a hole through the wheel well liner. I called them about this they told me they replaced what they took off and did not stand behind the problem I feel they caused. next problem. Steve is one of the best service managers around. He made sure to help me with my truck when it needed major repairs, he took GREAT care of me, and talks to you like a friend. We also can't forget about Kelly, what a lady she is, tells you straight up how it is, doesn't hide anything from you, helps you out, heck of a service advisor. Calvin is also the best parts managers you will find around, he made sure parts were readily available so the wait time on them was reduced. If you need service from them I highly recommend it.
