Very disappointing experience. I needed follow-up for an imaging finding and was referred to specialists who did not treat the issue. I spent nearly two weeks repeatedly contacting the office because my referral still had not been properly addressed, while my portal messages went unanswered. What was most concerning was my PCP contacting my mother about my medical care instead of communicating directly with me, a 28-year-old adult patient. Nicholas Chuck This is just not his profession. He completely disregarded the issues my mom complained about. Literally she said her pain was in one spot for the longest time. She kept visiting him for the same issue and he did nothing to actually help her. I went to one visit and this man tried to gaslight her and say her pain was in another area. The absolute worst experience. I called 2 days in the row to request more information on my lab test that says abnormal!!! I was told that the doctor has up to 48 hours to contact me after the testing. After 48 hours I called back to inquire about no one contacting me, I was then told that Dr. Karasek is only in office on Wednesday to go over lab results and will contact me at that time. It's after 5:30pm on Wednesday and still no communication!!! I've been stressed and Major anxiety about my so-called abnormal test which in... read more
