Appointment was at 1:15pm and they told me to be there early as a new patient to fill out forms. I arrived at 12:50pm and by 2pm still had not been seen so I cancelled the appointment. How do you expect me to be early when you don’t stick to your appointment times. But I bet they’ll still charge my insurance for something !
