Took over 1 hour to get an appetizer. Wait staff blamed “the computer”. No apology. Never going back.
We have been going there for 25 years, about twice a month and never had bad service or bad food and Kenny and the owners and wait staff always great. Prices are very reasonable and atmosphere one that we always take our Northern friends to enjoy also. The little kittens have never been a problem The remodel last year with the windbreakers has been a great addition for the cooler temperatures and summer rains. Pam and Ken.
Food was great. Waitress was great. Had a good time.
Very disappointing how this restaurant has gone down hill especially with the wait staff that has been hired. Dawn was our server. She was rude and disrespectful when I informed them that we had waited long enough for our food and saw other people getting food before us that had come in after us. She never thanked us or offered to refill our drinks. RUDE!!!
Service was not great! Our order wad correct! Ordered an Ice tea never received it. Got charged for it. Ordered a milkshake got a hot fudge sundae. Frozen margarita was not good Waited along time for beef nachos which ended up being chicken nachos. Positive side this place will always be busy because of their location. So if you want below average service, low average margaritas, a beautiful beach,sand and sun. This will be the place This will be the place
I love this place..the food.the view of the sail boats..the entertainment..and dont forget Boots the cat...very friendly relaxed atmosphere!!!
