They were very informative and didn’t push a product on me. I went there 4 or 5 times before purchasing a bike (it got to the point where Jesse would recognize me when I walked in). When I did order a bike, it arrived around noon and they had it to me the same day. Once I had the bike Stu took the time to show me the specifics about the bike and gave me some tips on maintaining it on my own if I wanted to. Overall a great experience from beginning to now, I would definitely recommend this shop.

Leaving out for our Fall Break trip in our RV bright and early in the morning. Last items to load were our 4 bikes on the rack. Realized tonight at 7:30 they weren’t going to fit and I needed Tube Extenders. Called Neil and he said he had them and would meet me at his shop at 8:30 TONIGHT...that is customer service at its best. He knew we needed to leave out several hours before his shop opened tomorrow morning and came in to take care of our needs. I highly recommend Riverside Bike Shop for all your biking needs.

These guys are honest and fair. They get your bike on the rack and get to work right away. We’ve already been back since last week to tune our other bike and stroller up. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
