Horrible experience, one missing pizza (took almost an hour and a half to get) one with missing toppings, manager (Which took 30mins to talk to us after asking for her) took it upon herself to look at my pizza basically calling me a liar about missing toppings. My response, are you fucking kidding me? Her response...are YOU fucking kidding me? Worse waste of a 45 minute drive for dinner. Will NEVER be back. Obviously someone needs a lesson in customer service.

We stayed at the Americinn after attending a wedding in Crystal. Looked forward to enjoying a Riverside pizza when we got back to town. Grew up in Iron River & this place was the only place to go for pizza. So good! Imagine our shock when we pulled up at 8:50 to find the doors locked. Checked at the hotel & apparently Riverside stops making pizza at 8:30 pm & closes at 9. Really???? I would expect that on a weeknight but a Saturday? Extremely disappointed. No pizza on this trip
Fast service and excellent pizza. Glad we got the tip to try you out.
3rd time they forgot my extra cheese out. Very disappointed.
