I took my vehicle in for a recall and when I picked it up, I noticed there was damage on my tailgate. When I brought it to the service managers attention, he said they would order a new part to fix it. Then it changed and they said they could fix the scratches on the chrome and then I got a call stating that it was worse now than before. Now there are bubbles in the chrome strip and they just want to take the cheap way out and do a vinyl wrap on the plastic chrome. They make all kinds of promises in their ad, but don't come thru in the end. It was a horrible experience
Came in for tire pressure sensor fault. This was damaged when y'all put new tires on my Explorer. I have extended warranty on my vehicle, yet I was charged $116 for repair. I left and before I got back to Talihina light was back on. I called back and was hung up on twice before I talked to a live person. They tried to tell me I probably had a flat while I was looking at the tire. What a joke. I have bought three vehicles at Riverside but when this in next year it will not be there. Worst place to buy a vehicle I tried returning the terrible one I got they said o ya we can cancel the contract since you haven't had it that long but we won't and laughed about it
