we recently got a 2016 GMC Sierra from them. It was traded in by one of their salesmen who had their mechanic do the new tires and rims and the trade in inspection. The mechanic stripped every lug on all four tires and decided not to balance the tires. SMALL FRIENDLY DEALERSHIP WITH NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TATICKS. SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD AND SEAMED TO BE THEROUGH.ONLY PROBLEM I EXPERIENCED WAS, CALLED 3 TIMES TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE, WAS GREETED EACH TIME WITH A VOICE MAIL SAYING IT WAS MONITERED ONLY ONCE DAILY, LEFT MY NAME AND REASON FOR THE CALL, NEVER DID GET A CALL BACK. FINALLY DROVE TO DEALERSHIP TO GET AN APPOINTMENT.
Purchased a truck last March. They still have not provided me with a title and the manager, Lee, refuses to take my calls. For almost a year I have been unable to register the vehicle, and now I can't even sell it if I decide to. Every time I call, they blame it on the DMV. So I called the local DMV and it turns out that was a lie and they recommended taking legal action. Do not buy from this dealership unless you feel like dealing with a nightmare.
Great people got me a great deal
Made an appointment to look at a truck. We drove 3 hours to check it out that morning... When we got there, no one was around. Took us awhile to find someone just to test drive the truck. Bought the truck, even after they added on more and more "fees". No warranty included- my fault. A month later & now I'm replacing a transmission. Can't say the process was great or that they were easy to work with. Don't recommend dealing with them.
