Absolutely horrible customer service for my elderly parents. Rude, sarcastic and not even willing to give direction for what they need. Horrible. I don’t write reviews ever but absolutely had to in this situation.

We were at Riverside a couple of weeks ago trying to purchase a Charger AWD. The car had a safety recall and stop sale on it which is understandable. We were hesitant to go there because of the TERIBLE!!!! service we had in the past but figured we would give them another chance.
