Riverfront Auto Sale has horrible customer service. Gentleman I spoke to, Eric, was rude and would not listen to anything being said. And I believe at one point during the call he took the phone away from his mouth and whisper "retard" to another co-worker. Looks like they have nice inventory and products but horrible customer service especially from a Gentleman name Eric.
All the cars on lot were in VERY good condition, you can tell this dealer is very picky about their car resale. The car I purchased was in excellent shape and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in helping me finance and drive away with just what I was looking for! If you are looking for a car I would definitely look here first. Tell them Jonathan Murphy sent you!
