This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had purchasing a car. We purchased a 2018 bmw 330i, we love the car however we’ve had so many issues since buying the car. A week and a half after we purchased the car the rear brakes went out, and our starter was bad which led to the car not being able to turn on. I purchased a vehicle from Riverside Auto. Three days after my purchase I had my husband drive thr car and there was a loud humming sound coming from the transmission. Riverside Auto assured me they would take care of the noise and were sorry for the inconvenience. We took the car back and they sent it to their mechanic in Portland. They agreed something was wrong with transmission. When Riverside Auto found out the cost to repair the transmission would be 4500 they asked if we would be willing to pay half of the repairs. Riverside auto has the best detailing crew I have ever seen! Competitive pricing on all detailing services! Hand only car wash by detail crew! Great selection of cars, trucks , SUVs, electric, hybrid, gasoline engines! Amazing pristine results!!
We just bought a car at riverside dealership. DO NOT BUY IF THE CAR HAS A SALVAGE TITLE! BECAUSE YOUR PAYING FOR THE EXPENSIVE REPAIRS!! Please make sure the all the repairs are done before you buy a vehicle there or dont buy from them at all!!! We brought a Toyota highlander from them. A week later it was having problems. They didn't tell us that it need repairs. Now we are paying $3,000 out of pocket for all the repairs.
Shady business. Was interested in a car and wanted it inspected. Riverside delivered it to a body shop with an empty gas tank and a battery that died. It took them a week to deliver a new battery and gas so it could be inspected. Ended up buying the car but riverside lied about the price. I’m currently sitting in a Les Schwab’s because the “new” battery riverside put in ISN’T THE CORRECT BATTERY FOR THIS CAR and is 100% not new.
