We've been here since the beginning of apartments opening. Shawn and Ashley have always been extremely outstanding in service and maintenance. They've made us feel like friends not tenants. Neighbors are friendly, and neighborhood is awesome.
My husband & I have been lease(e) 05/2022, and have always been treated as though we were the only residents here. Just recently we had an issue. A major appliance had to be replaced. The landlord always makes us feel like we are the only tenets he has. When he put in the call for a vendor to come in he also asked that THEY prioritized the call for service. I viewed an apartment here, and Miss Danielle was most helpful! Answered all of my questions and if she didn’t know, she asked upper management. She was very sweet and very knowledgeable. Glad to have had her show us around.
We recently moved out of apartment 12 last month (March). We lived there for 6 months and we really enjoyed our little apartment. Location was perfect— 5-6 minutes to the airport, 15-20 minutes to the mall and our favorite restaurants, 10-15 minutes to the gym, and best of all 10-15 minutes to Walmart and the grocery stores.
