Townhouses are advertised as “luxury” and they are not giving that. I have officially been living here for 2 months (going on 3 months) and the transition has not been smooth. The apartment was not completely move in ready and we had A/C problems. Now the a/c cools the place occasionally but it continues to make a cranking noise all day and occasionally when walking in the home you can smell an “acetone” smell . We've been here since the beginning of apartments opening. Shawn and Ashley have always been extremely outstanding in service and maintenance. They've made us feel like friends not tenants. Neighbors are friendly, and neighborhood is awesome.
