It’s an absolutely beautiful property. Its quiet and property management is kind and attentive. I love it here.
Townhouses are advertised as “luxury” and they are not giving that. I have officially been living here for 2 months (going on 3 months) and the transition has not been smooth. The apartment was not completely move in ready and we had A/C problems. Now the a/c cools the place occasionally but it continues to make a cranking noise all day and occasionally when walking in the home you can smell an “acetone” smell .
