Our community partnered with Riverside Association Management (RAM) approximately two years ago. This was our second HOA management group to work with our new community. Our Board was also new to the role and responsibilities of managing over 110 property owners. In a short time, we found RAM was an excellent choice to help us manage our community. After working (rather unsuccessfully) with other local management companies, our HOA Board of Directors hired Riverside Association Management last August and we are incredibly pleased with their performance! Heather and Emma take great care of our subdivision needs and are very responsive. RAM handles our financial needs, maintenance and other subdivision issues.
