The entire staff always greet me with a smile when ever I need assistance and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The Office manager Ms. Moore always makes time to answer questions when I’m not clear about something and very quick with responding to emails. The maintenance supervisor here Jeffrey is always attentive. There was never a time where I put in a request for service or follow up that it was not taken care of within 24 hours. Riverside Arms is a great place to live . I was one of the first families to move into the complex. Management and staff are all ways helpful. The Property Manager Jacqueline Moore has always been helpful. She makes sure the buildings are kept clean ,safe and the work orders are handled in a timely manner. The children have a safe play area on the grounds which is great . The parking spots are limited but other than that I have no complaints . It's a safe clean place to live .

I’ve been living here since they first opened. I’m going to be so sad when I leave. This place and the staff has became family. We collaborate with a Halloween and Christmas party for the children. It’s was a success. The staff was very helpful in assisting with what was needed and the kids were very please. Also the summer program that Jackie works hard to bring forth every summer.
