Great apartments! When I first learned that I would be moving to Aberdeen, I toured four apartment complexes and kept comparing Riverside to the rest. I have officially resided here at Riverside for one year and renewed my lease. The leasing staff is terrific, maintenance is the best and go an extra mile to say hello to my dogs! The community is quiet, safe and neighbors tend to wave or say hello to one another. The walking path & dog park are great amenities and the gym is going 24/7!
Riverside Apartments Having recently moved to Maryland for a job transfer, I toured at least five complexes to get a feel for the area. In the end, it was an easy decision and one I’m glad I made. Review My family, & I just moved into Riverside apartments. We love it! Friendly staff. Beautiful location inside and out. Very convenient location as well. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, and highway. We would recommend Riverside to everyone!
Great choice! These apartments are clean and everything is in ideal condition. I could not be happier at this complex. All staff is friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to my apartment being fully functional and completely free of issues, the complex has a nice fitness center that is never very crowded, a pool, a coffee bar, and some game tables in their leasing area. New Management-- not worth it! The apartments themselves are fairly clean and look beautiful when we were touring them. Unfortunately, when we moved in this past December, there were multiple stains on the carpet, the cabinets above the stove were disgusting (like greasy) and there were no heating elements on the stove top, really? We made sure this was all documented, and the heating elements were replaced (but nothing else was fixed). The next couple months were good, fairly uneventful. Great amenities and pet friendly I have been in this apartment for 2 months now and it's great. Nice pool, workout room, it has a dog run, 3 playgrounds, space for washing you car and even places to wash your dogs. One of the few places to allow 2 dogs without a weight limit (you are just restricted to be on bottom floor or in one of their townhouse that you have all 3 floors). Some apartments even come with an attached covered garage and many apartments overlook woods.
Riverside Apartments in Aberdeen, MD Location is perfect if you don't want to be in the middle of everything in Baltimore, but still close enough to everything. The apartment complex is dog-friendly, has a pool, and has a great walking trail. The kitchen is gorgeous and quite large in comparison to many other apartment kitchens. The only issue I have is the carpet was not installed too great, you can see the seams, and it is fraying around the edges. Riverside apartments. I love where I live the maintenance guys respond very quickly to any issues you may have. It very convenient shopping for groceries and close to my hospital I have. I currently have multiple sclerosis which convenience because of my condition helps me take care of needs for myself and my family. The salt water is very useful for my physical therapy I go thru and gym is well stocked to help as well. RIVERSIDE APARTMENTS (LIVING IN HEAVEN) I AM MULTI-DISABLED AND SO IS MY FRIEND. WE ALSO HAVE TWO BEAUTIFUL SERVICE DOGS, BAMBI AND RAVEN. THE RIVERSIDE APARTMENTS ARE NOT ONLY BEAUTIFUL, FABULOUS, AND LUXURIOUS, BUT ALSO FULLY ACCESSIBLE. AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED, THIS FANTASTIC PLACE WILL BE OUR HOME FOREVER.
