Agent was rude when called, refused to answer basic questions regarding the property when I called to look for housing for a family member. She attempted to terminate the call prematurely multiple times when I was attempting to politely ask questions. She stated that I am only allowed to ask questions in person. Perhaps its a rule for subsidized housing management, I've never heard this when attempting to find housing?
