I have lived in several apts in my life, the managment has always treated everyone very professional. The past tenants that do not like Diane are the ones who she makes toe-the mark,pay your rent, pick up your dog poop and we all get along fine, period.

I have rented storage units from Riverside Apartments and Diane has been nothing but nice to me. If I was a few days late on rent, a friendly phone call is all she would do. I dont know about the apartments, but I do recommend renting a storage unit from them if you need one. Clean, dry and very secure rental units.
I have lived at these apartments not once but twice, Diane Weiss is a good person and does not cheat anyone, much less the company, the two times I lived there she was nothing but accomodating to me and my family. I wish there were more of these type of landlords out there. I would move back again in a heartbeat. :-) ... Diane, I hope to see you soon. SS
