Would not recommend living at riverside apartments. Ever since starock took over it's been downhill. If you're a plant lover, stay far away from this place. If they're so concerned about the "aesthetic" of the apartment then maybe they should put money into improving its trashy outside appearance and do something about the homeless hanging around. I've lived here for a little over two years. When Sheraton owned the apartments it was fine, not great, but an okay place to live for the cost. At the end of 2024 the apartments were purchased by the private equity firm Starock and ever since then it has gotten worse and worse to live here. Our rent has gone up twice since then and some of the utilities that used to be covered in the cost of rent no longer are. Now it's harder to reach someone to talk to if we have any problems. Do not rent from Riverside apartments. Owners will not do anything about the homeless problem and will not put up a fince. My neighbor in a wheelchair got assaulted by a homeless woman
