I have been going to them for the past year or so. Every visit has been as enjoyable as what a vet visit could be. Dr. Ritter is very kind and explains what is going on and gives as many treatment options as he can to try and beat help you and your pets. I was really impressed when I lost my boy and they took the time to send me a signed card that had a plantable thing in it so I can always have something to remember my boy with. 12/10 would highly recommend them.
Their groomer will hurt your dog.
Dr. Ritter is the best!! He has gone above and beyond to help us with all of our animals needs! We are military and moving to Germany and he took extra time to research and triple check all requirements to move our six.. yes six animals! He has also treated our animals from being attacked and hurt with great care and experience. The staff is also amazing they truly feel like family. This place truly cares about you and your animals. Dr Ritter did not admit my 11 year Yorkie after a diagnosis of Pancreatitis. No pain meds! We took him to Animal Hospital on Line where he died the next morning. No compassion. Think twice before you go to Dr Ritter! My Yorkie suffered.
Lulu had a visit to Dr. Ritter today for her puppy shots and a microchip. I appreciate the extra time he spent with us talking about dog training and reinforcing positive behavior. A friend recommended and we will definitely stay in the care of Dr. Ritter and his capable and knowledgeable staff!
