Love the whole crew! Been taking our animals here since 2002. Dr. DeGrave and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate.
Can't thank Riverside Animal Hospital enough for the great care they take of our family. Your care and compassion goes above and beyond all expectations and we are so incredibly thankful for you!
We can not say enough about the entire staff from the receptionist to techs to the doctors they are all very helpful and pleasant. Our pets feel so at ease at Riverside Animal Hospital that it makes it so much easier to go there for any of their needs. They work hard to get your pet in asap mostly same day. We appreciate everyone at the clinic and would most definitely recommend our friends and family to them.
We brought Stanley to Riverside Animal Hospital the same day we got him. All of the doctors are friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They were vets to Zenith, Tipper, and Frank as well. When the time came to make those tough decisions, they gave us all the info we needed as well as the emotional support. Yesterday we had to put Stanley down and Dr. Knorr cried along with us during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
Absolutely outstanding care from all the doctors. We primarly see Dr. Knorr and Dr. DeGrave... both go above and beyond for our furbabies. They take the extra time (even close to closing time) and really take care of the "parents". Can't praise them enough.
We cannot Thank Dr. Moede enough! Friday was one of the very worst days of our lives. Saying goodbye to our sweet boy Riley was so incredibly difficult but Dr. Moede provided us with so much reassurance and comfort during our decision. She laid on the floor with us and Riley, she shed a tear with us and hugged us. It made those final moments as comforting as possible.
