Took my dog here who was bleeding everywhere, and with my crying, and they looked out the window and said “we don’t have time to see you today” so long story short. If you have any type of emergency, they do not care and will not help you!
I don't not recommend this place. Our fur babies are FAMILY. And for you not to help us this evening shows how much you care for animals...... Never will you get service from us.

They have been wonderful in the care of our pets.
I brought my kitten in to be spayed and declawed last week. She can't walk now. I took her into the New Ulm Veterinarian Clinic since then, and they said they had never seen such a reaction to being declawed (her spaying was okay). I paid them another $230+ for XRays and other tests. Have to go back tomorrow. She "walks" on her wrist (or elbow?) on her left front paw - just as if the bandages were still on. Thanks Dr. Gill for letting my students get a hands on experience at the Wertish farm today! It is a day they will not forget!
The entire staff are always so helpful during "Pet Days" and through out the year. Even when our children take our small dog in for any type of treatment they are helpful and take time to teach why and how to do small things like clip nails. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of Dr. Phil and all the Riverside staff!
