My son has been going here since last year. Really great customer service at the front desk from Tyler. Recently, they've changed the company name and there is a new lady answering phones and at the desk. Rude and nasty!! I just called to ask if there were any available openings, she got extremely sassy and aggressive, and started raising her voice at me. I hung up on her. This was the worst experience. I took my toddler here to get tested for food allergies. She never asked if my son took antihistamines (which rendered the test useless). The Cma also did not explain that my son was to stay without a shirt for 15 minutes after the test. She literally walked out and didn’t give further instruction.
