I would give you a 10 star rating but this thing only goes to five.� Well it was really strange to have a doctor , medical test excetera appointment on a Sunday. But the way it worked out was awesome. The staff is very professional, easy to talk with and they add that little bit of humor with the professionalism that makes the client, us the patient, feel very relaxed and comfortable. Friendly, professional, and timely.
The staff and technicians are amazing!
The service was excellent except for the exit the teacnitch perosn told me to wait in the lobby to get a CD from my CT scan and she told me it will take 10 to 15 mins then the 2 lady's in the front desk were just talking about there work schedule and the wait for the CD was more like 30 minutes
I thought Jesse was very good in the beginning he was very kind and considerate and had someone else start my IV after he couldn't. The only problem I had is the way I had to lay in that machine towards the end my back was killing me the call Bell they gave me slipped out of my hand and all I could do is yell for some help it took about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to get there and then they didn't seem real compassionate. Quick in and out of there! Not like main location on Central
It was too noisy and hard on my back to lay there
Nice and friendly staff very clean and large rooms. staff makes sure you understand the whole procedure. Tech was up front about the uncomfortableness and was very apologetic. the staff treats you like they truly care about your situation. If I need any more imaging will definitely be requesting this site.
