I had a great experience this morning when I had my MRI. The young lady who administered my MRI made me feel so comfortable I forgot my nervousness. She started my IV painlessly, and was so kind giving me the instructions I needed to lie down on my stomach with my breast in a hole which was very foreign to me but she was so kind and made me as comfortable as possible. Very friendly And professional
call center needs more training they say one thing and do another. I was told I had an appointment and when I called to confirm no appointment was made. office fronk clerk was rude and doesn't give eye contact. exam wait time can be shorter. I waited for over 30 minutes for xray tech to come back from another exam to complete my exam.
