This place has been going downhill very fast. It has become (now under Optum) the single worst doctor's office I have ever had the misfortune of going. I've been coming here for years, I am never ever stepping foot in this office again. Worst staff, worst doctors, very very very condescending attitude, no one cares about anything to do with patients. They will milk you out of every dollar, don't go there folks.
This place is full every day all day they have no more capacity for patients,most of the time you will be seen by PA that’s after you scheduled and appointment ASP 1 week later My advice ….just keep looking trust me on this one.
Riverside medical has not been the same since Dr.Baker left. They never answer the phone. Told me my telemedicine appointment was at 1pm, I never got a call or text when I called them the first person had trouble verifying me mind you I give them the same information every time. I had to just hang up and call again the second lady got me through to the office and the. They just hung up on me. I got my COVID vaccine here and was charged $250 dollars for it even though it should be covered by the federal government. As a medical center, it's deeply unethical to find loopholes so you can charge fees for vaccines in the middle of a global pandemic. When I called billing, I was told that I was correct but then they continued to send bills which negatively effected my credit score. Terrible experience.
