We are new tenants, and so far we love this building. The gym is updated and well equipped, the building is clean, and the management has been really nice! We have lived in other apartments before, this one is by far the best we've rented when it comes to the overall experience. It is nice to be in a building with a good sense of community. There are always neighbours sitting in the lobby or out in the yard, and kids feel safe playing in the yard. Lived here since 2013 and it was Boardwalk. Skyline took over and they are very stingy. Building is clean. Just had a bed bugs issue somewhere in the building. That was resolved we hope as there was a inspection. Washer just went up to $4.00- dryers are $2.00. Parking you pay for, and its not cheap around $55.00 a month i think, it is in my rent i pay,.( rent goes up yearly) In winter the snow removal takes some time to get to. Only so many handicap parking spots we all try to share. They have hired out the rest of the parki... read more
