I’ve lived at this apartment community for almost three years and have truly enjoyed my experience. The location is prime—close to great shopping, food, and everyday conveniences. The community feels safe, quiet, and very dog-friendly, which I really appreciate. The staff is always pleasant and professional, and maintenance is extremely responsive whenever something comes up. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’m happy to call it home!
I’ve been at Rivershire for 6 almost 7 years and our apartment needed a refresh with paint, carpet and updated amenities. Sam ensured it was all done in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with our new paint as it brings out the apartment more. I am very happy living here. Maintenance is exceptional. Lucas the painter is amazing. Thank you for much Sam, Lucas and the maintenance team.
I’ve been living at Rivershire apartments for 6 months and I love it. It’s peaceful quiet, I haven’t had any concerns, maintenance came immediately with the one concern I had and I’m very comfortable in my apartment. It’s affordable for me. My washer and dryer is on the same level, which is so convenient for an older woman. Newer appliances! I’m satisfied. Leasing agents are really nice and respectful. We have a pool and workout room. What more can you ask for!!!!!

Rivershire is a fantastic gem to live at! It is in a prime location near local favorites and offers wonderful amenities. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. I've even received an unexpected birthday card which showed how much they cared. They also host fun community events, like doggy swim day, which gave my furry son the chance to make new friends.
