We lived at Rivershire Amartments The apartments aren’t how they describe or how they look on websites ac was old style and very loud! Apartments are very old Kitchens are very old! The worst part and why we left was when unexpected maintenance guy with 2 more people entered our apartment without any notice while my pregnant wife was there sleeping!! I do not recommend this Rivershire Apartments

I lived at Rivershire for four years, and my experience was fantastic! Like any home, there were occasional issues, such as appliances needing replacement and a water leak, but the team here was incredibly responsive and always addressed problems immediately—even on weekends. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and easy to work with, and the maintenance team was top-notch. I recently moved in about a month ago, had a couple minor issues but maintenance was on top of it right away. Fixed the issue within a hour of contacting them . They’re nothing like my last apartment that’s for sure !!

I am an immigrant and was hired as a registered nurse to work in Greenfield WI. On Aug 26th, my family and I toured one of Rivershire's 2 bedroom apartment as we need to have a home to settle and start working. We liked it and submitted an application within 24hrs after the tour (paid $50 for 2 adult applicants). Since I am an immigrant, I do not have any credits or state ID.
