First time I ever boarded any animal. My hubby had knee replacement surgery and I knew I had to have someone else take care of Gizmo while looked after my husband while in the hospital and first couple days home. My animals are my babies the staff there didn't seem to mind my daily requests on how he is doing etc. When I picked him up he was excited to say goodbye then say hello to me that says alot about the care he was given. Never hesitate to do this again if needed.
